We provide a rich and innovative education in business that provides value in a constantly changing world. Our online MBA courses will give you the fundamental knowledge you need to take on today's challenges.

Students in the MBA program delivered online follow the same curriculum as their on-campus counterparts. The virtual setting allows students to share the classroom from any location.

Get your degree on time and on target.

Offered as a cohort based model, students begin and complete the program together as a group. Instruction is asynchronous with embedded librarians and technical support available throughout the program. Courses are offered in 8-week modules that provide students the opportunity to focus on one course at a time.

A strong business skill set.

Our small cohort size helps ensure you’ll receive personalized learning and attention to build a strong business skill set. And our cooperative culture emphasizes working with other students to achieve objectives — a powerful and necessary skill in today’s complex, fast-paced business environment. You will also put your customized skills into practice during your last semester with a final project in the capstone course Executive Leadership Seminar.

Learn from business-savvy faculty and instructors.

Our faculty members and instructors have real-world expertise as impressive as their academic backgrounds. Trained in adult online learning and committed to furthering your education in an online format, they continually refine what they teach to reflect what’s really happening in the world.

Graduate with an Accredited MBA in 2-Years.

Accelerate your career goals by immersing yourself for two years and taking between 36 and 45 credits. The core courses in this program provide an understanding in foundational business skills, while a choice of an elective helps to personalize the degree to any field. The elective choice will be made from the following areas: corporate, criminal justice, entrepreneurship, human resources, marketing and communications, and not-for-profit/government.

Alvernia University’s Business Department is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) and by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.
