Biography
Travis A. Berger is a faculty member in the Business Department and is the President of Vide Consulting Group, a regional consulting firm specializing in building capacity in leadership, organizations, and people. He studies how leaders, the process of leadership, organizational culture, and human capital add value to the stakeholders of an organization. He has delivered presentations on leadership and organizational development at national, regional, and state conferences. Professor Berger was a scholarship athlete at The Pennsylvania State University, winning a Big Ten Championship in men’s soccer.
