Daniel Carr is grateful for the summer break he spent in the operating room participating in an eight-week externship at Virtua Marlton Hospital. The externship got his foot in the door, and after graduating in 2010, Daniel secured a job as a registered nurse in the pulmonary/cardiac unit at the same hospital.
