Intended Use for Digital Signage

Digital signage should:

    • Improve engagement and accessibility to university-sponsored events, activities and services

    • Communicate visually:

      • University-sponsored and partner events, including lectures, workshops, exhibits, and other activities, resources and services

      • Special campaigns, example: sustainability initiatives

    • Improve communications in emergency situations:

      • Public Safety will take over all displays connected to the digital signage network during a campus emergency

The primary audience for the digital signage platform is:

    • Current students, faculty, and staff

    • All visitors to Alvernia University
