Troubleshooting Guide for Off-Campus Database Access


1. Set Internet Explorer settings no higher than medium
     (Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy for Internet Explorer).

2. If the user is at work and cannot access Alvernia’s databases, often security settings are set high at the server-level and cannot be changed.
