Interlibrary Loan and Articles on Demand Form for Journal & Magazine Articles
Interlibrary loans are requests from us to another library. Many factors involved in fulfilling an interlibrary loan request, such as current availability of an item or the required processing time, are beyond our control. It's possible your request will be completed in a short time, but it could take two to three weeks or longer.
Alvernia periodical backfiles have been moved to a remote storage location. If the requested article is owned by Alvernia, it can either be e-mailed or photocopied and picked up at the library. This may take 1-2 days.
If an article is available in a print journal in the Alvernia Library collection and not available electronically, we will scan a copy of the article for you. An electronic copy of an article will be available in one to two days.
Before submitting your request, please check our list of Journals available Full Text electronically.
Interlibrary loan and copies of articles in journals in the Alvernia Library collection are available only for current Alvernia Students, Faculty, & Staff.
