Alvernia’s Pathways Partnership Programs are flexible and can be accelerated to meet the needs of all corporations and industries we serve. Our Partnership Development process is comprised of three efficient phases:
The Alvernia Partnership Development team meets with company representatives to conduct an Educational Needs Assessment and explore various program goals, tuition reimbursement options, and professional development benefits. The Development team creates e-communications for distribution to employees or members, and an enrollment team from the university hosts an Information Session on-site or on-campus to determine the educational needs of the prospective learners.
Alvernia’s Partnership Development team proposes a custom Partnership Plan “roadmap” to meet the needs identified in Phase 1. Features of the plan include a year-round enrollment option with accelerated modular schedules. The roadmap is reviewed and edited through mutual collaboration and cooperation between the organization and the University.
The Partnership Plan is finalized, signed, and adopted by the organization and the University. Implementation begins as learners are set upon their unique pathway to success.
