Brian Neely

…whose responsibilities include liturgical celebrations and other manifestations of worship and spirituality, alternative breaks, and our retreat program, along with partnership in our emerging initiative for Franciscan education and integration.

Also reporting to Dr. Cicala are Director of Freshman Foundations and Cross-Cultural Services Wanda Copeland, Operations Coordinator Sandy Kroenig, and Executive Assistant Tracy Hine. Dr. Cicala serves as Alvernia’s Title IX Coordinator and is the designated first responder to complaints from students concerning discrimination or harassment on the basis of gender, disability, or race/ethnicity, in addition to his overall responsibilities.
