President Fitzgerald loves to be invited to events with Students, Faculty and the Community. All requests should be submitted at least 30 days prior to your event date to ensure proper coordination with the Office of the President. Events and engagements that support and highlight the University’s mission take priority. President Fitzgerald is honored to be invited to events and meetings and looks forward to attending as many as possible. She values these opportunities to engage with the campus and broader community.
To assist in scheduling, the Office of the President has developed an Appearance or Communication Request Form. We strongly encourage you to submit requests at least 30 days before the event date to provide ample time to secure time on the President’s Calendar.
The steps for completing a request are listed below:- Contact the Office of the President by emailing Kelly.Storti@alvernia.edu or calling 484.254.2121 to discuss the availability of the date prior to completing the form.
- Complete the Appearance or Communication Request Form with as much detail as possible.
- The Office of the President will review the request with the President and contact you in a timely manner to discuss the request.
